All Obalon employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and 401k Retirement plan. Employees earn three weeks of PTO during the year, 10 paid Holidays, Stock Options and a Company Wide Bonus program.
Obalon’s benefit program provides coverage the first day of the month, following the employees hire date.
